Capitol fire.5(TW)081000-- A Member of the Architect of the Capitol cleans up the remains of a fire that occured in the Rotunda Thursday morning between 7 and 8 A.M.   Mostly smoke, although an eyewitness claims to have see flames,  the fire broke out in an air duct behind the statue of Thomas Jefferson near the House Side entrance of the Rotunda.
