UNITED STATES - JULY 14:  A few dozen District residents armed with pot bellied pigs protested outside the Capitol South Metro Station and also marched to Rayburn House Office building demanding that Appropriations Chair Hal Rogers explain and change his vote that cut 22,000 from the St. Elizabeth's Homeland Security Headquarters project in Southeast Washington. Rogers is known as the "Prince of Pork" for his self-serving earmarks totaling more than $2.6 billion. DC residents will ask "Where's the Beef?" when it comes to creating jobs and keeping our homeland secure. Here Capitol Hill Police make sure that everything is in order with the pigs and protesters!
