WASHINGTON, DC - July 28: As Congressional leaders and The White House continue the standoff on increasing the debt limit, Christian and Jewish leaders gathered in a prayerful protest in the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol to urge Congress "not to balance the budget on the backs of the poor."
