WASHINGTON: July 13, 2007: Ryan Ross and Tyler Overstreet at the fifth annual Summer Intern Town Hall Meeting. The Partnership for Public Service will unveil plans for Roosevelt Scholars, a national scholarship program with a unique payback -- graduate school tuition assistance in exchange for a commitment to serve our country in the federal government..Hosted by the Partnership and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, the town hall will feature two Americans who know public service first-hand:  House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, and Cokie Roberts who has served the public as a journalist and whose mother and father both served in Congress -- plus hundreds of Washington D.C. summer interns..
