WASHINGTON, DC - May 4: U.S. Marine Lt. Gen. George J. Flynn, deputy commander for Combat Development and Integration, and U.S. Rep. Rob Wittman, R-Va., talk before the ceremony unveiling of the Marines' newest Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV) prototype. The armored amphibious vehicle is designed carry 17 combatants, plus a three person crew, from Navy ship "beyond the horizon" to objectives inland.
