WASHINGTON, DC - May 4: Col. Keith M. Moore, program manager for Advanced Amphibious Assault, William E. Taylor, of Program Executive Officer Land Systems, Lt. Gen. George J. Flynn, deputy commander for Combat Development and Integration, and U.S. Rep. Rob Wittman, R-Va., stand at attention during the "Marines' Hymn" during the ceremony unveiling of the Marines' newest Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV) prototype. The armored amphibious vehicle is designed carry 17 combatants, plus a three person crew, from Navy ship "beyond the horizon" to objectives inland.
